# Timezones List

The list of timezones supported by the bot can be found below:

{% hint style="info" %}
You can also get to this page using the [`/timezones`](/time-zone-bot/commands/user-commands/timezones.md) command in discord
{% endhint %}

Once you are on this page, you will see a dropdown box, and there are 2 different ways to get your timezone:

1\. Use the 'Local' option, which should be at the top of the list, and copy what it says, for example: `Europe/London` would be a valid time.

2\. The second option is to begin to type a country or capital city, and use the timezone which appears, eg. `Europe/London`
